KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary contact for distributors and end-user customers, providing exceptional technical sales support.
- Develop and implement robust business plans in collaboration with local distributors.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist the Sales Manager in district-wide development, focusing on strategic account targeting and growth.
- Adhere to corporate policies regarding travel, expenses, and reporting functions.
- Support and enhance the distributor program through practical training, record-keeping, and communication.
- Manage a diverse pipeline and prioritise engagements effectively using territory analysis tools.
- Drive new product sales and optimise product and customer mix by utilising advanced forecasting tools.
