We seek a District Sales Manager responsible for nurturing and expanding our client’s distributor and customer base. This position offers the perfect blend of technical sales support, strategic planning, and market analysis.



  • Serve as the primary contact for distributors and end-user customers, providing exceptional technical sales support.
  • Develop and implement robust business plans in collaboration with local distributors.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in district-wide development, focusing on strategic account targeting and growth.
  • Adhere to corporate policies regarding travel, expenses, and reporting functions.
  • Support and enhance the distributor program through practical training, record-keeping, and communication.
  • Manage a diverse pipeline and prioritise engagements effectively using territory analysis tools.
  • Drive new product sales and optimise product and customer mix by utilising advanced forecasting tools.
