Shortlisted candidates include psychometrics, behavioural and aptitude analysis.  We provide candidate salary details, CVs and references, video-recorded interviews and open access to our interview notes. With our candidate benchmarking tool, you can see at a glance all the strengths, weaknesses and individual attributes of each shortlisted candidate.

Customer interview and assessment. Typically 2 stages. We support customers with feedback and interview arrangements. We can support customers with attending or compiling the assessments if desired.

We delivered a 100% offer acceptance rate last year, peace of mind as you are so close on your recruitment journey to getting that desired result: the perfect hire. After handling the exit process, we support customers with onboarding and have an extensive 12 month post placement after care service.
