Hiring a technical sales professional for a raw material supplier for the lubricants sector. The company has an ambitious plan to double in size via organic growth and acquisition. Key to this plan is the development of sales in France and the Spanish region to build on the existing customer base in these territories. 

The company is highly innovative, continuously improving and pushing boundaries to deliver cutting-edge product solutions that address the unique requirements of its discerning clientele. 

For an ambitious Business Development Manager/Technical Sales/Key Account Manager this role would allow you to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and thriving company, with clear career growth and the chance to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the business.


Key skills & responsibilities

  • Working in a matrix structure you will report to France Marketing & Technical Director.
  • Responsible for account management and sales across Spain. Building new business is key to this role.
  • Previous experience working for an Additive or Base Oil Producer, or speciality products finished lubes producer.
  • You will get into the chemistry and raw material make up of lube products so a passion for this and knowledge is required.
  • Integration of recent company acquisitions, including handling customer integration and product supplier relationships.
  • Able to speak French, Spanish & English fluently.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and accountability to deliver results. 
  • Ability to influence customers on commercial and technical decisions.
  • Ability to manage margins and set pricing on deals.
