ABN Resource expands its recruitment business in the Middle East

We are very excited to announce that Monika Carlton will take charge of our business activities in the Middle East market effective 4th of January 2021, she will be operating from our Dubai office.

Monika, who joined ABN Resource as a Delivery Consultant, has successfully managed search campaigns, connecting leading downstream oil organizations with the best talent around the world. 

Her exceptional capabilities to deliver first-class talent management services, from consulting, advising and guiding, has been well received by our customers. As Monika says, the foundation of her success is built on strong and trustworthy relationships with clients and candidates for win-win results, which perfectly corresponds with the ABN Resource’s core values and mission.

Monika will look after projects for lubricants, base oils & fuels markets in the Middle East, including Executive Leadership, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical positions. We are all confident that Monika will take on her new responsibilities with the same enthusiasm and professionalism to expand the company’s global footprint to this region.
