Client
Experts in the development and manufacture of high-performance lubricants and synthetic esters base stocks for Aeronautics, Defence, Industry and Automotive sectors.
Position
- Support sales growth of synthetic esters and lubricants for the Industrial and Automotive division
- Work closely with Technical Project Managers on product solutions, product development and project coordination
Candidate
- Ideally have 5-10 years technical sales experience
- Worked in sales and technical roles for a speciality lubricants, additives, or speciality chemical producer
- Have a master’s degree in chemistry
- Must be able to sell to R&D and procurement
- Ability to present, convince and develop a project with customer and be in a true partnership
- Must be able to show the value of a company’s products on technical merits
- Skilled in negotiation and pricing
- Must demonstrate initiative, ability to learn, and desire to perform at expert level in a niche product offer
- Need to appreciate how a company’s supply chain and production works so they can manage customer expectation
- Will be well organised, curious, and highly technical
- Fluent in German and English. French language is desirable
