Experts in the development and manufacture of high-performance lubricants and synthetic esters base stocks for Aeronautics, Defence, Industry and Automotive sectors.

Position

  • Support sales growth of synthetic esters and lubricants for the Industrial and Automotive division
  • Work closely with Technical Project Managers on product solutions, product development and project coordination

Candidate

  • Ideally have 5-10 years technical sales experience
  • Worked in sales and technical roles for a speciality lubricants, additives, or speciality chemical producer
  • Have a master’s degree in chemistry
  • Must be able to sell to R&D and procurement
  • Ability to present, convince and develop a project with customer and be in a true partnership
  • Must be able to show the value of a company’s products on technical merits
  • Skilled in negotiation and pricing
  • Must demonstrate initiative, ability to learn, and desire to perform at expert level in a niche product offer
  • Need to appreciate how a company’s supply chain and production works so they can manage customer expectation
  • Will be well organised, curious, and highly technical
  • Fluent in German and English. French language is desirable
