What you’ll do
- Be the technical point of contact for customers across Europe —providing formulation support, troubleshooting, and development guidance for Hydraulics, Gear, and EAL applications.
- Lead value-driven, customer-specific technical projects that turn insight into innovation.
- Partner closely with commercial teams to anticipate market needs and influence the strategic direction of new technologies.
- Guide and oversee new product development and formulation projects, acting as a subject matter expert for the Industrial Lubricants segment.
- Engage with customers in person and virtually — travelling up to 35% to strengthen relationships and deliver solutions.
What you bring
- Significant technical experience in non-automotive lubricants (Hydraulic, Gear, EALs).
- Proven track record of delivering customer-led product development and application support.
- Strong formulation know-how, ideally with a chemistry background (degree not essential if experience is robust).
- Confident communicator with customer-facing experience across Europe.
- Working knowledge of intellectual property and structure-performance evaluations is a plus.
- Business-savvy mindset with the curiosity to innovate in a mature but evolving market.
