We are looking to appoint a Sales Manager with a strong background in the industrial lubricants and additives sector. This role is pivotal to expanding the company’s industrial market offering and maintaining deep, strategic relationships with large key accounts that produce lubricants.

About The Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving customer-centric growth in the industrial sector:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic distribution partners
  • Develop sales plans aligned with customer needs and company objectives
  • Promote industrial lubricant additive solutions through direct and indirect channels
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure aligned marketing, channel execution, and product delivery
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to support R&D and product innovation

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in lubricant additives or lubricants
  • Strong track record of business development and account management
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial lubricants and applications
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and operational teams
  • Willingness to travel internationally and operate in a global business environment
