About the role

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and lifecycle management of the company’s food-grade lubricants offer, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Technical, R&D, and Operations to develop a robust product portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Driving new product introductions by collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful launches.
  • Managing the entire product lifecycle, from planning to discontinuation.
  • Overseeing product data management and ensuring accuracy in specifications.
  • Driving pricing strategies and promotional activities in conjunction with marketing initiatives.
  • Gathering customer feedback to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience.

This role may require occasional national and international travel.
