Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Manage and coach a diverse sales team of three individuals covering territories in the Middle East, Africa, South America, Europe, and India.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive territory growth, new account acquisition, and product line expansion to meet sales targets.
- Sales Growth: Oversee all aspects of sales, focusing on customer retention and business development for high-value, high-performance products.
- Team Development: Coach and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and ensure they achieve their targets.
- Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure retention and maximise growth opportunities.
- Clear Decision-Making: Utilise processes and data to assess and adjust sales strategies based on measurable results.
- High-Value Selling: Focus on selling premium, performance-driven products through remote selling methods.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in managing and growing remote or on-site sales teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong prioritisation skills to resolve business challenges effectively.
- Experience in selling high-value, high-performance products within long sales cycles (months to years).
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development experience, particularly in direct and indirect sales channels for high-performance products.
