With this in mind, a strategic decision has been made to hire a newly created General Manager role for delivering the next phase of organic growth.
About Candidate
Leading the senior management team across sales, marketing, operations, finance, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a nationwide company, with 5 direct management reports, and a total headcount of c. 80 staff.
Reporting to MD you will have input to strategy creation, implementation, and execution. Remain hands-on in delivering profitable growth. This is not an environment to sit behind a desk and delegate. We need a person that leads by example, inspires and shows the way.
If you are an existing General Manager, Managing Director, Regional or National Manager in fuel distribution, recycling, or waste management, we would welcome your application. Backgrounds from other distribution sectors also considered.
