Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a regional team of Sales Engineers in line with channel and commercial strategy
- Strengthen and grow distributor relationships to increase market share and revenue
- Identify new partnership opportunities through market insight and technical knowledge
- Deliver a strong value proposition to partners and end-users through enablement and co-marketing
- Monitor performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
