  • Proven experience in business development or sales within lubricants or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Oil & Fracking market dynamics with oilfield relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.
  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills in market research and competitor analysis.
