About The Job
- Developing and executing marketing and sales strategies in Basic Metals, Fabricated Metal Parts, and Metal Forming segments.
- Leading a team of two technical sales representatives.
- Identifying key customers and applications while developing corresponding business plans.
- Exploring new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Analysing market dynamics including customer profiles, product applications, and competitor activities.
- Collaborating with Product Managers and R&D teams to align customer needs with product offerings.
- Conducting on-site trials for product validation when necessary.
- Creating content for inbound marketing initiatives.
About the Candidate
- A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Process Engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of the metal processing industry and its applications.
- Proven experience in managing B2B sales processes from initiation to closure.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
