  • Driving profitable sales growth for existing and new customers within your portfolio
  • Define target lists, driving face to face activity and spread best practice lubricant and oils sales approach
  • Build the sales pipeline and close deals to hit agreed targets
  • Ensure opportunity progression in sales pipeline and conversion to account sales
  • Work closely with resources ensuring best practice and technically adequate sales approach with sales team on lubricants and oils
  • Leverage one’s technical competence to drive meaningful sales activities, sell and close customer deals
  • Active pipeline management ensuring focus on the right customers, the right opportunities and to define customer facing activity
  • Ensure accurate and updated information on lubricant and oil opportunities in the company’s CRM
  • Hold the highest level of technical and practical understanding of lubricant and oil products within sales org. and apply this competency for commercial and customer facing purposes
  • To report on performance, corrective actions and product selection/offer on a regular basis to Product Management
  • Closely collaborate with key stakeholders to develop sales material and challenger methodology presentations for customers
  • Proactively seek out the latest technical and market intelligence on products and services
  • Present and promote the company’s products and services at conferences and customer events
  • Set the standard for the sales team by holding the highest level of technical and practical understanding and uphold a ‘can do’ forward leaning approach to growth activities, customer contact and deal closing
