Position

  • Sales of Lubrication Engineers and Chesterton Speciality Oils in Norway.
  • Leader – capable of managing sales teams and a business unit including sales, marketing, operations and technical functions.
  • Tribologist/Chemist or Engineer with ability to speak at a technical level with engineers and chemists on product performance and value delivered
  • Strategy maker and implementer.  
  • Develop inland and offshore markets utilising company’s existing customer network and own market knowledge.

 

CANDIDATE

  • 5+ years experience in technical sales. 
  • Knowledge in any of the following sectors: Offshore, Marine, Hydro Power, Cement, Steel, Mining, Construction, Infrastructure, Fertiliser, Process Industries. 
  • Hands-on B2B Sales Experience 
    • New Business Development 
    • Key Account Management 
    • Negotiation Skills 
    • Excellent Communication Skills 
    • Strong Analytical Skills
