The internationally leading company in the transportation and storage of liquid products is looking for a professional who will support identifying business development opportunities in the Hydrogen and Circular Economy.


The company have more than 90 years of experience innovating in the energy sector. They are an international leader company in the transportation and storage of liquid products. They manage Europe’s largest network of refined products and are ranked second in Europe in terms of storage capacity and seventh in the world. They are engaged in the transportation and storage of a wide range of bulk liquid products, especially refined products, chemicals and biofuels, in a sustainable and efficient manner.


  • Identify business development opportunities in Hydrogen. This includes production, storage, supply and logistics.
  • Identify business development opportunities in Circular Economy. This includes Waste to X and Waste to Energy, both again covering production, storage, etc.
  • Assess and identify the best geographies, segments, partners and engage with the best potential customers.
  • Engage with potential prospects. Co-design the solution, value proposal and business case.
  • Coordinate techno-economic analysis as well as the first financial model to validate the solidity of opportunities.
  • Setup projects and identify, in consultation with a multidisciplinary team, the best options for all components of the projects: offtake, technology, equity partnership, ownership structures, contractors, suppliers, financing, etc.
  • Setup and animate a multidisciplinary team.
  • Frame and shape a deal, make an offer and formalise the collaboration on the concrete project with them through agreement.
  • Respond to RFP/RFQ launched by potential customers, set up the offer and bid to win.
  • Build the necessary partnerships and collaborations with external / internal stakeholders.


  • The candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • The candidate will have strong negotiation skills with sound business sense and a focus on win-win and partnership.
