Position
- Education: A degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or Business is essential; a Master’s degree or MBA is desirable.
- Experience: Over 8 years of progressive experience in Procurement and Supply Chain management, particularly within manufacturing and distribution.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic and analytical approach to procurement.
- Proven negotiation skills and understanding of supplier/customer dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
- Desirable: Knowledge of the lubricant industry, experience with SAP S/4HANA, and proficiency in French, Portuguese, or Spanish.

- Driving innovation in procurement processes and identifying sustainability solutions within the supply chain.
- Leading negotiations, managing tenders, and optimizing cash flow through improved payment terms.
