- Carry out market analysis of Europe Chemical Clusters (including chemical demand and supply dynamics, competitive analysis, key offtakers profiling, import / exports dynamics, etc.)
- Engage with Chemical companies to identify logistic needs
- Identification of potential M&A targets in chemical logistic sector or potential carve outs of logistic assets from Chemical Companies
- Participate in M&A process in the Commercial Due Diligence
REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally 10+ years in Commercial Position in Chemical company
- Previous experience in Business Development / M&A desirable
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering career
- English. Other European language (German, Dutch or French)
OTHER
- Traveling in NWE (up to 40%)
