  • Commercially driven with an outgoing personality who will drive sales growth in Germany, Baltic and Poland territory
  • Be able to gain a good understanding of the customer needs and ability to provide them with the solution company’s marine products offer on lubricants
  • Experienced in working independently by  structured planning & organising their own work against deadlines and targets
  • Passionate and an excellent communicator who is able to combine technical competence with the right challenger sales methodology to drive growth for the assigned lubricant and oil portfolio
  • Be able to align the cross country with the relevant Business Manager and other Technical Sales Specialist
  • International sales experience in technical sales in the marine industry
  • Experience in sailing or another maritime engineering
  • Experience from negotiating with customers
  • IT literate/digital savviness, with experience from working with excel, MS Office, CRM systems preferably Salesforce
  • Experience in reading and analysing customer data
  • Very good command of German and English language (spoken & written)
  • Preferably a background in selling marine lubricants with proven experience
  • Comfortable to present in front of Technical Directors & Fleet Managers
